Welcome to FIT4MOM Denver! For 15 years, Stroller Strides Denver has been providing pre & postnatal fitness in the Central Park community. I am Maria, previous owner and current instructor to this wonderful community of mamas and children. I am Colorado native, married with two beautiful kiddos and two fur babies.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine especially while I was an Early Childhood teacher for 14 years. After having my daughter, we decided staying home was the best for our family. But soon realized I needed mommy friends and my daughter to socialize as well! And that's where Stroller Strides saved me mentally and physically. We tried a class on Raelyn's 1st birthday and the rest is history!

During the pandemic I felt I wanted to be a part of FIT4MOM Denver even more so I got certified to teach and in 2021 took over the Franchise. Being a part of this community for 5 years has been truly a blessing and looking to supporting our new Mom Boss (Hannah Lynch) on her new journey as owner.
