Keeley started her Fit4Mom journey in 2020 in Denton, TX when her son, Jace, was born as a way to find a community of moms to walk this new road of motherhood with. After her first Stroller Strides class she knew that she had stumbled into the community that she was longing for! When she was pregnant with her second kiddo, Riley, she attended Fit4Mom classes until the day before she gave birth and was excited to bring another baby into this incredible Fit4Mom community. Her favorite thing about Fit4Mom is getting to move her body alongside some of the strongest mamas around while also getting to chat with someone who is over four years old for a little while. After Keeley’s family moved to Denver in May 2023 she knew that she wanted to get connected into a new Fit4Mom family here immediately, she jokes that she was at her first class as soon as the stroller got unpacked! When Keeley isn’t at class, she loves getting to travel, go hiking, and find new places to play with her kids around Denver. She is excited to start a new chapter with Fit4Mom Denver as an instructor and hopes to bring exciting classes and meaningful mama relationships to our community.
