Welcome to FIT4MOM & STROLLER STRIDES OF DENVER

FIT4MOM and Stroller Strides is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood.

Stroller Strides of Denver is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or running and intervals of strength training using resistance tubing, the environment and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Denver stroller workouts are held 6 times per week in Stapleton and your first class is FREE!

15 seconds of plank thrusters (from a plank position jump hands to feet, then back out to plank)

15 seconds of full burpees

30 sit ups
