FIT4MOM and Stroller Strides is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood.
Stroller Strides of Denver is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or running and intervals of strength training using resistance tubing, the environment and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Denver stroller workouts are held 6 times per week in Stapleton and your first class is FREE!

100 jump ups on a step
90 alternating lunges to the step
80 push ups on the step
70 mountain climbers
60 straddle sit ups (legs in a straddle, sit up and reach to one foot, lay back, sit up and reach to other foot. Legs stay glued to ground the entire time)
50 heels up squats on the step (facing away from the step. Toes on the ground, heels up on the front of step)
40 star jumps
10 sets of 10 high knees in place

OUTDOOR classes will meet in Central Park located at Xenia St and MLK Blvd, by the main playground from 9-10am (weather permitting).
